Sealladh Cuan Sgith is a newly built, self contained, self catering apartment which sleeps 4/5 and is situated just outside Castlebay in the township of Bentangaval.

It is within easy reach of Castlebay which has a Co-op supermarket, grocery and general stores, post office, Royal Bank of Scotland, medical centre, library and swimming pool.

This comfortable accommodation comprises of a well equipped open plan kitchen and lounge, double bedroom, bunk bedroom, shower room and entrance hall with oil central heating.

This upstairs apartment is accessed by an external staircase opening onto the entrance hallway.  Leading off this is the open plan kitchen and lounge area.

The kitchen is fully equipped with fridge/freezer, cooker/hob, microwave and washing machine along with all other normal kitchen appliances.

The rear of the accommodation has two bedrooms, comprising of a double bedroom and a bunk bedroom.   Both bedrooms have ample storage space.  There is a hair dryer located in the double bedroom.

The shower room also leads off the hallway and has an electric power shower, wash hand basin, toilet and heated towel rail.

Heating and electricity is included in the price.

All bed linen, towels and beach towels are provided and a travel cot and high chair are available on request.  There is secure storage and drying facilities for kites, outdoor equipment and bikes.  A decked patio area is available for your exclusive use along with outdoor table and chairs.  Car parking is available but limited.

Unfortunately we cannot accept pets and do not allow smoking.

The property is available year round on a weekly basis Sat-Sat—shorter stays would be considered if bookings allowed.  Please note that arrival time is any time after 4pm and departure any time before 10am.

Deposit of £50 per week is required which is non refundable and payable on acceptance of booking.  The balance is payable 6 weeks before the start of your holiday.  Cheques should be made payable to Nick Scott or Kay Gilbert.
